Before this work, I was an engineer, a business owner—and someone who faced a profound personal loss that changed everything.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how we truly function—physically, mentally, emotionally—and how awareness, movement, and resilience can reshape the way we live.

This isn’t theory. It’s a path I’ve walked.
