How I Got Here – And Why It Matters
For as long as I can remember, movement has been part of who I am.
Endurance sports shaped my character early on—teaching me discipline, focus, and the quiet satisfaction of showing up for myself day after day. But over time, sport became something more. Not just a performance outlet, but a space of reflection, connection, and strength—mental, emotional, and physical.
That shift didn’t happen by accident.
In 2015, my youngest brother passed away from brain cancer at just 27 years old. That loss broke something open in me—and in my family. It wasn't just grief that followed, but a profound questioning of everything I thought I understood. I spiraled into a phase of depression that, while painful, taught me more than any textbook ever could.
His illness sparked in me a relentless need to understand: Why do we break down? How do we heal? What truly keeps us alive—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually?
I read everything I could. I explored ancient philosophies and cutting-edge science. I found my way back to a spiritual path I had long ignored. And I began to rebuild myself—not as I had been, but as someone more whole.
I also began to live and train differently. Sport became a mindful space. I stopped pushing through everything and started listening. I learned to build resilience not just through effort—but through understanding.
Before this transformation, my life followed a different path. I worked for 5 years as an aerospace engineer at Airbus in Germany, then ran my own company for a decade. That experience gave me structure and perspective—but it was that turning point in 2015 that gave me purpose.
Since 2020, I work with people who are navigating their own edges—athletes, leaders, parents, high performers—because I know what it means to stand in the middle of uncertainty—and still choose growth.
I hold certifications in Exponential Health Coaching (International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine), Endurance Coaching (80/20 Endurance), and Life Coaching (DIAL). But beyond credentials, what truly shapes my work is the path I've walked—and the empathy that comes from having lived it fully.
I’m also a father. And that role grounds everything I do. This is not just about performance. It’s about presence, sustainability, and living a life you’re proud to inhabit.
